Louise Clegg asks "Why are politicians defending 18C when the High Court won't?"

6 St James' Hall's constitutional law specialist Louise Clegg's opinion piece is published today in the Australian Financial Review.

Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act makes it unlawful for someone to do an act that is reasonably likely to “offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate” someone because of their race or ethnicity.
