About

Prior to coming to the Bar, Kirralee was a commercial and corporate solicitor who had practiced in top-tier commercial and corporate law firms for many years at leading international law firms in Australia and internationally. She has acted for large multinational clients (corporates and government sectors) predominantly in the technology, telecommunication and defence industries and has significant experience negotiating multinational technology and telecommunication arrangements across multiple jurisdictions and resolving disputes efficiently and costs effectively.
    
At the Bar, she now regularly appears in commercial and equity matters in various courts and tribunals across Australia. She has extensive experience in relation to equity, commercial and contractual disputes, judicial and merits review matters as well as revenue matters (at a State level). 

Having been a prior Assistant Crown Solicitor in NSW and having worked for the Commonwealth Government for many years she has an acute and real understanding of issues affecting government and statutory agencies.

Kirralee was the winner of the Con Varnavas Award for the highest aggregate score in the NSW Bar Exams in 2013 and is highly sought after for her pragmatic and down to earth legal advice.

In 2013, Kirralee was appointed a costs assessor under the Legal Profession Act 2004 by the Chief Justice of New South Wales and has been recently re-appointed in 2015 and then 2017.

She was previously appointed as an Assistant Crown Solicitor for the Crown Solicitor, NSW which is a statutory appointment.
