Since coming to the Bar in February 2000, Robert has maintained a busy and broad practice, predominantly in the areas of:

Robert has appeared in several very large and complex matters, including:

• The General and Special purpose liquidations of One.Tel;

• A misleading conduct claim against the Bank of Queensland heard over 106 days in the Supreme Court of NSW (Traderight);

• Creditor and funder claims to the $1.8 billion of fruits of the Bell Group litigation (BGUK);

• Breach of fiduciary duty and misleading conduct claim against Babcock & Brown (Coinmach);

• The Special purpose liquidation of ABC Refinery; and

• The collapse of the Primary Agriculture Group.
