ABOUT
Tim practises in public and administrative law, regulatory and commercial litigation, and criminal law.
He appears regularly, led and unled, in federal and state courts and tribunals, acting for government agencies, regulators, corporations and private clients. Tim is frequently briefed in disputes involving the exercise of public power, questions of statutory construction and contractual rights, regulatory enforcement and disciplinary proceedings, complex interlocutory applications and advisory work. He appears regularly for the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, and also in contested matters arising out of employment, personal and commercial relationships. His experience includes involvement in international trade disputes before the World Trade Organization.
Tim is known for clear, disciplined advocacy, sound analytical judgment and a calm, strategic approach to complex and sensitive disputes.
