The Fair Work Commission has dismissed an application by the Electrical Trades Union and 12 electrical contractors for a Single Interest Employer Authorisation to negotiate a multi-employer agreement covering electrical contractors across NSW and the ACT. Peter Willink appeared for National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) opposing the application.
