BACKGROUND

Stephene joined the NSW Bar in 2014 and has a broad practice which includes family law, public law, international law and crime. She was previously a solicitor with the Migration and Refugee Review Tribunals, practising administrative and immigration law, and became an Accredited Specialist in Government and Administrative Law in 2011. Stephene is a member of the General Criminal Law Panel for the New South Wales Legal Aid Commission (appointed without conditions 2016).
